Enchanting Getaway, A Ski Dream
ski access comfortable bedrooms helpful staff
I enjoyed the location. It was ski-in and ski-out, allowing effortless access to the slopes. The bedrooms had well-designed spaces for hanging up ski gear. They were also comfortable. I loved the buffetwith lots of helpful staff to serve drinks at the table. It reminded me of a special treat.

The hotel features direct access from the underground car park, which includes a ramp. There is a dart board in the bar. a pool table and football table. A gym also is available for guest use.

The hotel provides a ski-in and ski-out experience. No stairs require navigation in ski boots. A Spar shop is located directly across from the hotel for buying snacks. A ski hire shop is next door for equipment rentals.

Staff replenished food items quickly in the restaurant, a practice I GREATLY appreciated. Ski lockers were roomy and situated right behind the reception area. Bedrooms included eco-friendly shampoo, shower gel, and soap.

ski-in location ski-out location coded locker limited choice dinner option
the location offered true ski-in and ski-out access. the coded locker room for skis and boots was convenient.
I found the dining arrangements had suffered since my last visit. the main issue was a lack of choice at dinner. There were only two main course options.

chaotic atmosphere unclean cutlery
The hotel is located directly on the slopes allowing convenient access.
The dining experience was subpar. The restaurant seemed understaffed leading to slow table clearing and a generally chaotic atmosphere. I observed cutlery and crockery were not always clean.
